The Royal Watcher - TBH, I’m very glad that Victoria will be queen. Nothing I’ve seen from how Carl-Philip and Madeleine have behaved recommends them unfortunately. Maybe that’s because she’s been Crown Princess for most of her life and that CP and M aren’t but it would be nice to see them act like they cared for her and for the country more.

I definitely agree. Especially everything that’s going on with Victoria’s maternity leave. If CP and M don’t step up in this next few months, it will show who they really are, imo: two people who care only about title and money and not about their country. Madeleine not even coming back to help out while Victoria is on maternity leave is just disgusting, imo. It’s a shame. CP and M used to be such good representatives of their country and the monarchy. Now? not so much. A shame.
