An explanation as to why Prince Albert II and...
I know some people have been commenting and the Prince’s Palace of Monaco on their Facebook page have released a statement so some of you can shut up:
The Princely couple, invited by M.Robert A. Iger, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Walt Disney Company, will attend to the Oscars this evening in Los Angeles. The Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and Disneynature signed a...

Anonymous asked: If William and Kate attended the Academy Awards, they'd be lambasted for being all about celebrities, blah blah blah. But I guess no one thinks that about the Grimaldis, because they are always all about celebrities. It goes to show that there is one set of rules for British royalty and another set of rules for Monaco.
Anonymous asked: Are Charlene & Albert representing something at the Academy Awards?

Prince Friso, a ski accident and the terrible...
A skiing accident has left Prince Friso of the Netherlands fighting for his life. And his family is now having to face up to their worst fears, write Harriet Alexander, Adam Lusher and Joan Clements.
His life was one which many would envy. A successful London financier, with a beautiful loving wife and two young daughters, Johan Friso seemed to have the world at his feet as he set off on his...
quatre1six asked: Ah, I totally understand. Yeah, I can see that playing a part. I could definitely imagine them coming back together again and being awesome with their spouses by their sides (albeit suitable spouses). That'd be so idyllic. How do you think it'll be if (scarily seeming more like "when") Carl Philip marries Sofia? I've never seen Vik or Madde interact w/her. I saw photos of...

Anonymous asked: I have yet to see or hear anyone saying anything nice about Sofia. If she makes CP happy, I guess that's most important. But still...
quatre1six asked: I sincerely hope that Victoria and Daniel's marriage isn't a factor in the sibling separation. Daniel seems to have a good relationship with both CP and Madde. Even though Sofia is relatively accepted into the family, I'm sure there's displeasure about her actually joining the family. For Madde, I think it's her fleeing to and setting up house in New York after what that...
Anonymous asked: I wonder if there's something going on between the siblings relationship because take the monarchy off the table, as a brother or sister wouldn't you want to help your sister as much as possible when she needed you?
Anonymous asked: Madeleine is actually going back to Sweden. The family's PR person (I'm blanking on his name right now) said that while she currently is in New York, she'll be returning to Sweden shortly. He didn't say how long she'd be there though. Maybe there just wasn't enough time or notice for to immediately get back to Sweden.
Anonymous asked: It is a shame :( Especially given all Victoria went through when she was younger. It seems like she's had to fight for so many things in her life (e.g. Daniel), not to mention her eating disorder. I'm glad she's so happy now, and she's an excellent role model IMO.
Anonymous asked: TBH, I'm very glad that Victoria will be queen. Nothing I've seen from how Carl-Philip and Madeleine have behaved recommends them unfortunately. Maybe that's because she's been Crown Princess for most of her life and that CP and M aren't but it would be nice to see them act like they cared for her and for the country more.
Anonymous asked: You mentioned that King Carl-Gustav wasn't pleased with Victoria being the heir, why is that?
Anonymous asked: do you know why everyone is praying for prince friro?
Anonymous asked: Hello! I love royal families and such, and i was wondering, if any Royal Family has a male prince that is 15 or 16?

Prince of Wales to visit Sweden
The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall will be paying a visit to Sweden on 22-24 March.
The visit is part of a tour of the Scandinavian countries and is being arranged to mark the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II’s succession to the British throne.
In 1932, the then Prince of Wales, Prince Edward, visited Sweden. The Prince was Queen Elisabeth’s uncle and later became...

Anonymous asked: Imagine the hype if an ethnic person was to marry into one of the major royal familes (african or native). Lichtenstein and Monaco seem to be accepting of it, but how do you think the other monarchies would react?
Anonymous asked: Are the Danish and Swedish monarchies as concerned about "bloodlines" as the British? I heard the Norwegian monarchy was pretty modern?
Anonymous asked: Hi, I'm the one who asked your opinion about Princess Madeleine. I've been following the British Royals for a couple of years, but I am new to the world of Swedish & Danish Royalty. I really like Crown Princess Mary & Crown Princess Victoria, but I really don't know much about the rest of them. I keep hearing strange comments about Carl Philip's girlfriend. What's...
